NUTRION is a state of the art manufacturing facility spread over 50000 sft and 30000 sft covered area.
The factory is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and instruments e.g. ribbon mixers, cone mixers, silversawn, automatic filling and packing machines, blister machine, automatic capsule and Syrup filling machines etc.
Every section have a dedicated HVAC system of overall capacity of 170-Ton is fully operational to control the internal environment of the factory to manufacture medicines strictly in accordance of CGMP standards.

NUTRION is manufacturing facility dealing in Human and Animal healthcare products.
Though NUTRION was constructed in 2019 and made functional in 2022 but the management of NUTRION is in the business of Human and Veterinary medicines since more than three decades.
Our products range includes three type of preparations.
1. Human Healthcare.
In Human Healthcare Products we have research based unique compositions that include Tablets, Capsules, Syrups and other powder and liquid preparations of Nutraceutical and pharmaceutical nature. We mainly focus on developing such nutraceutical products that are more bio-available, more efficient.
2. Animal Healthcare.
Livestock and Poultry Healthcare products include Oral Liquids and Oral Powders of Antibiotics, Anticoccideal, Nutritional, Dewormers, Antiparasitic for topical use and other customized preparations for international clients.
3. Cosmetics.
Our cosmetics range include total skincare products i.e. Beauty Creams, Body Lotions, petroleum jelly, Soaps, Hair Growth products etc.
NUTRION has earned good repute in supply of quality and cost effective healthcare medicines for both human and animal wellbeing. All this achievement is due to the dedication and continuous hard work of NUTRION staff i.e. quality control team, production team, supervisors, management, conversant demand and supply chain and continuous change and dedication. NUTRION is an ISO 90001, ISO 140001, ISO 450001 and cGMP Certified Manufacturing facility obtained export license in 2024 which makes it eligible to export in more than 20 countries.
The products are being manufactured strictly conforming to WHO-cGMP and local regulatory
requirements.
Manufacturing Facilities Production sections:

A Reverse Osmosis Plant of 500 Lt/hr capacity is fully operational for provision of hi-tech purification and de-ionization of water for manufacturing process.
Quality Control Laboratory:
Quality Control Laboratory Plays vital role in sustaining good repute of a manufacturing facility. We monitor quality assurance through standard systems that ensure the consistent quality of our products.
Our QC Lab is equipped with latest HPLC, Spectrophotometer, Stability Chambers, Moisture Analyzer, Ultrasonic Bath, Viscometer, Flame hood etc,
A highly qualified and trained team of scientists, pharmacists, chemists and engineers pursue all the roles in a highly modernized way and according to WHO-cGMP standards.
Microbiological Laboratory:
As a part of QC Lab the Microbiology Lab has separate sterile area, media preparation room and incubation area. Qualified microbiologist conducts sensitivity tests, bacterial growth, Sterility Testing, Microbial Limits Tests, Water Testing etc.
Research & Development:
As a part of QC Lab R&D section keep on pre and post product development studies, stability,
efficacy as well as developing new compositions to comply with local and international
requirements.
Collaborations:
NUTRION has also a strong collaboration with our clients to collect field trials from across the country and establish a vast range of stability studies, tackle Anti Microbial Resistance (AMR),
product results, and complaint handling
